+How do I become a Member?
You can become a Member with a few easy clicks! Click the button below to complete our brief Member form and select your membership level!

+ If I purchase a membership, when can I begin to use it?
Your membership activates immediately! You will recieve an email confirmation after your purchase that can be used until your new membership card arrives in the mail.
+ Can I use my membership at other institutions?
Yes! We partner with local cultural instatutions, such as Bok Tower Gardens, the Florida Holocaust Museum, and more to bring you access to the arts, history, science, and more beyond the walls of the Museum. See what reciprocal benefits we offer by clicking the button below.
+ How do I purchase a gift membership?
You can puchase a membership for your friends or family members by clicking the button below! Our memberships are the gifts that keep on giving and ensure creativity and exploration all year long.
+ How long is my Museum membership valid?
Museum memberships are renewed on an annual basis. Before your membership expires, you will receive renewal requests in the mail and via email from the Museum for renewal!
+ What do I do if I lose my membership card?
If you lose your card, we would be happy to issue you another! Contact Alex Santiago at ASantiago@PolkMuseumofArt.org or call 863.688.7743 x249.

Yes! You can access the FSC discount rates by clicking the button bellow!
