Do you love drawing, but wish you were able to capture the people around you in a more accurate and life-like way? Through discipline, medium usage and direct observation students learn how color, lighting, and a variety of rendering techniques combine to create the stirring illusion of 3-dimensional space. Students will complete pieces full of rich layers of vibrant color complementing fine details to create outstanding, realistic looking portraits based on student provided images. Experiment with the use of colored pencil and the layering of alcohol based art markers (including brands such as Blick, Prismacolor and Copic).

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sunday, January 28, 2018
Any registrations submitted after the registration deadline includes a $35 late fee.
