POLICY GUIDELINES

The AGB welcomes service animals (and their handlers!) to our Museum.

The AGB is committed to making art accessible to all and providing equal opportunity for persons with disabilities. This includes supporting the presence and use of Service Animals in accordance with policy guidelines.

These guidelines include:
Service Animals who are within the control of their handlers, housebroken, who do not cause a disturbance such as barking and jumping at other guests outside of their trained duties, or cause harm or the imminent threat of harm to our artworks.

Service animals who do not meet these guidelines will be asked to leave for this visit, while the handler is free to continue their visit without the service animal if possible. If a guest is unable to complete their visit without the animal, they are welcome to return at a later date when they feel the animal is better prepared and under control.
