The Polk Museum of Art is celebrating 50 years thanks to supporters, Members, and our community. Its history has been a cycle of struggle and achievement - but always growth.

Today's Polk Museum of Art has more than 2,500 works of art in its collection, has an art festival ranked 55th in the nation (MIDFLORIDA Mayfaire-by-the-Lake), and serves roughly 35,000 youth annually and thousands more through its many programs throughout our region. We have much to celebrate! 

In celebration, we invite you to our Birthday Celebration at 50, a day filled with FUN for everyone! Come experience the sugary masterpieces entered into our Cake-Off, sing happy birthday, and partake in fun activities.
