Join us for our monthly film screening series featuring the best in internationally-renowned independent and arts-related movies- The Art of Film.

The Art of Film presents a forum for appreciating movies as an art form. With audience Q&A and talkback sessions with film directors and faculty from Florida Southern College following each screening, this unique Polk Museum series will entertain, engage, and educate audiences of all ages.

Synopsis: Two increasingly desperate and argumentative people (Kate Lyn Sheil, Kentucker Audley) drive the roads of Florida with something -- or someone -- in the trunk of their car.

Director Bio: Amy Lynne Seimetz is an American actress, writer, producer, director, and editor. She has appeared in several productions, including AMC's The Killing, HBO's Family Tree and Shane Carruth's Upstream Color. In 2015, she co-wrote, co-directed and executive produced the Starz series The Girlfriend Experience, based on the Steven Soderbergh film of the same name.
