This month, Jennifer Moffitt will explore our current exhibition, “The Art of Romaine Brooks.”

Jennifer Leigh Moffitt is Assistant Professor of English at Florida Southern College. She completed a BA in English with minors in Art History and Women’s Studies at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC; an MA in Literature at Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA; and a PhD in Literature with specialties in nineteenth-century American literature and visual culture studies at Florida State University in Tallahassee. Her research and teaching interests include American literature, women’s literature, visual culture studies, and critical analyses of gender, race, and sexuality
