Works on paper are a stronghold of the Museum’s permanent collection. From drawings and artist proof prints to intaglios, serigraphs, and even paper-based sculptures, the collection boasts works on paper from across time and around the globe that showcase the intimate hands of their artists. In this selection of works on paper from the permanent collection, with the addition of exciting loans of work by some of the biggest artists of the 20th and 21st centuries, Matisse to Gehry reveals the breadth and possibilities of this time-honored medium.
