Oven Green Beans
/Ingredients:
3 pounds green beans
½ pound bacon
1 chopped onion
1 can mushrooms
¼ cup sugar
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Fry bacon.
Sauté mushrooms and onions in drippings.
Snap and wash beans.
Put beans, onions, mushrooms, sugar, salt, and pepper in Dutch oven.
Cover and cook at 350 for 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 8.
