SOLD OUT - Photoshop for Photographers (Evenings)

Tuesdays (six-weeks) | 6pm to 8pm
Skill Level: Beginning to Intermediate
Instructor: Sarah Brewington Baarns, M.F.A. in Art Practice, The School of Visual Art

Fee: $145 Members, $195 Non-Members

This introductory level photo-editing course will cover all of the foundational tools necessary to create successful edits to your photographs in Adobe Photoshop. The course will provide an entire software overview, including how to work with the Photoshop toolbar, image adjustments, retouching, layers/adjustment layers, and so much more! Each completed project will have a critique session where we can engage with, experience, understand, and enjoy one another’s work in a collaborative environment of learning.

A laptop with Adobe Photoshop will be required for the course (we recommend Adobe's Photography Plan 20G subscription for only $10 a month: adobe.com/creativecloud/photography.html), as well as a hard drive full of photographs for us to practice with for our editing!

If needed, students may reach out to sarahbaarns@gmail.com prior to the class beginning with any laptop or software questions!
